Goede warehouse-processen beginnen met \u00e9\u00e9n vraag: hoe stroomt een order van ontvangst tot verzending?<\/strong> Te vaak zie je warehouses waar mensen dagelijks moeten compenseren voor processen die niet kloppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warehouse automation <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Automatisering is geen doel op zich, maar een middel om betrouwbaarheid en snelheid<\/strong> te verhogen. De kunst zit in het vinden van de juiste balans tussen mens en machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FlowFast helpt bij het evalueren van automatiseringsopties: van simpele barcodescanners tot complexe sorteer-, buffer- en picksystemen. Bij verschillende klanten heb ik picking-algoritmes ge\u00efmplementeerd die artikelen intelligent groeperen. Denk aan: zone-picking vs. wave-picking, optimale batch sizes, slotting logica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Door slimme groepering, indeling en seizoensrotatie wordt loopafstand geredcueerd, het aantal handelingen verlaagd en doorlooptijd verkort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last mile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

De laatste kilometer bepaalt je klantervaring. Pakketbezorging, same-day delivery, click & collect \u2014 elk kanaal vraagt een andere aanpak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
