Why simulate?
A simulation can bring overview to a complex situation by combining the many factors that influence the process and measuring the outcomes. This allows for:
- reduce process variation
- increase output
- generate higher productivity levels
- reduce inventory levels
- increase service levels, availability and customer satisfaction
